What is Vitamin B6? What is Pyridoxine?

Vitamin B6, also known as pyridoxine, is one of the most essential and widely used vitamins in the body. As a co-enzyme, B6 participates in over sixty enzymatic reactions involved in the metabolism of amino acids (the building blocks of protein) and essential fatty acids.
