What is Copper?

Copper is a mineral that assists in building red blood cells and bones. It helps your body absorb and use iron to synthesize hemoglobin. In fact, it is part of enzymes and helps keep blood vessels and nerves healthy. Cooper is also needed for taste sensitivity.
