This is a sample of IGG Allergy Test Results. The blood sample was taken through a naturopath, and sent to a lab. The lab tests the blood against aprx. 100 different foods to see if it is susceptible to an allergy.
This is different from a typical scratch test, which looks for an immediate allergic reaction to an allergen. (an IGE test)
The IGG test looks for a delayed reaction to a food, which can be causing your immune system to become out of balance.
While some doctors feel that the results are inconclusive, and not always very accurate, some people have made changes to their diets based on the results, and have seen a huge difference in their health.
